CAD Manager
(10+ years experience)

Location: Seattle, WA

 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update company-wide CAD standards and best practices
• Implement new CAD technologies and manage software licenses
• Lead, train and develop the CAD team
• Review CAD drawings for compliance with standards and requirements
• Collaborate with engineers to develop efficient CAD workflows
• Manage project deadlines and CAD resource allocation
• Identify process improvements and implement innovative solutions

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in drafting/design with AutoCAD
• Advanced proficiency in Civil 3D and 3D modeling
• Experience creating and managing CAD standards
• Knowledge of surfaces, roadway profiles, and utility networks
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail
• Involvement in industry forums to stay current with technologies
• Understanding of civil engineering plan construction and presentation

Compensation:
Competitive salary ($115-120k)
